It is to help a company to:
– rebuild or re-structure a department
– lead a strategic project such as a merger or a product launch
– maintain a company department
– insure a strong resource during a period of strategic change
– replace a manager within a given time

General management, executive committee functions such as administration and finance, human resources, production, sales, information systems management, supply chain, etc.
The objectives of the FNMT
The FNMT was created by different Interim Management firms in order to structure the market.
The objectives of the FNMT are to contribute to the following domains:
Development of the profession:
The FNMT wishes to contribute to the development and to the expansion of the profession.
The FNMT wishes to implement communication and training
Our objective is to represent the profession for the public authorities, the media and other concerned parties (the general public)
We wish to more generally provide a platform for discussion and exchange for members of our profession (interim managers, associations, etc.)
